Exercise 4 - Shump Collaborative Development
A Studio Ghibli inspired cozy shump game š±
āControls:
- Use WASD or Arrow Keys to move the player around
- Use the spacebar to shoot bullets
āØRules:
ā ļø Beat all three levels to win the game!
ā If you run out of lives before you complete all three levels, itās game over!
- Level 1
- Score 100 points slow moving enemies are attacking horizontally
- Lose 1 life point you get hit by an enemy
- Level 2
- Score 100 points while enemies move faster vertically and horizontally
- You canāt kill No Face so donāt waste time trying to kill it! Avoid the enemy!
- Score decreases by 10 if calcifer makes it across the screen
- Level 3
- Defeat the Boss to win! Not only do enemies move faster, but the boss has the ability to shoot bullets
- Score decreases by 15 if calcifer makes it across the screen
- Like level 2, you canāt kill No Face so avoid the enemy!

Christ: I love Japanese anime, which I know the player is from the one of Hayao Miyazaki's animes named Kiki's Delivery Service. Another one is the enemy with mask is also from one of Hayao Miyazaki's animes named Spirited Away. Back to the game, I love the level, bullet, and background design. They are so good on your game's topic. Really nice work!!!
